📋 Booking & Service Policies

Thank you for choosing me for your coaching, language learning, and wellness journey. Please review my policies to ensure a smooth booking experience.

🗓️ Booking & Scheduling

  • Booking Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking with your session details and meeting link.
  • Session Times: All times are in Bogotá time (UTC-5). Please convert to your local timezone if needed.
  • Meeting Platform: Sessions are conducted via Google Meet. Links will be provided in your confirmation email.
  • Punctuality: Please join sessions on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of that session (no refund or credit).
  • No-Shows: If you miss your session without prior notice, the session is considered used, and no refund or makeup session will be provided.
  • How to Reschedule: Contact me via email, WhatsApp or through your booking portal to reschedule.
  • Emergency Exceptions: In case of genuine emergencies (medical, family), please contact me directly. 

💰 Payment & Refund Policy

  • Service Bundles: Bundle packages must be used within the specified timeframe (2-4 months depending on package). Unused sessions expire after this period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available only if you cancel with 24+ hours notice AND have not used any sessions from your package.
  • Partial Refunds: For bundles, unused sessions may be refunded if cancelled with 24+ hours notice, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • No Refunds After Use: Once you've attended one or more sessions from a bundle, the package is non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

👤 Client Responsibilities

  • Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, working camera, and a microphone for online sessions.
  • Preparation: Come prepared with any materials, questions, or homework as discussed in previous sessions.
  • Respectful Communication: Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times.
  • Confidentiality: Session content is confidential. Please do not record sessions without prior consent.

🎯 Service-Specific Policies

Group Classes:

  • Minimum 4 students required to run a group class. If the minimum is not met, you'll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
  • Group class spots are non-transferable.

Wellness Coaching:

  • Disclaimer: Wellness coaching is peer-based support, not medical advice. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns.
  • Results may vary. No specific health outcomes are guaranteed.

Language Lessons & Teacher Development:

  • Homework and practice materials will be provided. Your progress depends on consistent practice between sessions.
  • Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
